The worlds of psychiatry, psychology and alternative healing offer a plethora of methods for searching out the origins of the issues that can block us in our lives, but once the issue is identified, how do you move past it? “You have to let it go and move on” is a phrase often heard, but exactly how one might do the “letting go” is a challenge for many of us.

Most personal growth methods emphasize extensive exploration of traumas and childhood experiences, or of present woes, in the hope that they will disappear once brought to the forefront of the conscious mind. Decades of experience have taught us that this methodology often leaves the trauma better understood, but still intact. Often we aren’t even aware of what is limiting us, and the traditional methods of talking things through may not get to the core of the matter. If we are aware, often our conscious mind is so busy trying to keep us “right” that our perception is clouded.

Our bodies hold our truth, and through muscle testing we become aware of the limits we may not have been consciously aware of. The foundational belief in this work is that we are all able to sort through and solve situations in our lives. If we are stuck, it may be that we are attempting to solve the wrong problem, or address the issue in a way that doesn’t support us.

Belief Re-patterning™ does not require painful rehashing of past traumas or difficult experiences, but rather focuses on moving forward. Through kinesthetic (muscle) testing, the blocking emotion or issue is named, but not dissected or discussed.

Immediately the preferred opposite belief of the blocking issue is identified, once again through muscle testing. Belief Re-patterning™ concentrates on the release of those issues that limit or hold the individual back, and the re-patterning to the new preferred self-empowering belief. The “letting-go” occurs as the practitioner and client work together to choose and re-pattern a new more positive set of beliefs. The results are profound, effective and immediate.

Belief Re-patterning™ Practitioners assist individuals with a variety of challenges including working through the emotional component to a physical illness or dis-ease, emotional trauma, depression, suicide recovery, grief, allergies and addictions. In addition, practitioners support their clients in working through career and job challenges, family and relationship issues, self-esteem and life changes.

Clients are encouraged to recognize, confirm through muscle testing and cognitively re-pattern as issues or blocks present themselves. Belief Re-patterning™ Practitioners are committed to assisting their clients to be empowered to choose, guide and direct their own lives, and to contact a practitioner whenever they need support and assistance in the process. Most clients find initially they may want to schedule their sessions anywhere from one to eight weeks apart for a few visits. Then, as the limiting beliefs are realized and released, and the supportive beliefs begin to be practiced, clients typically find themselves needing less frequent visits. All practitioners will guide their clients through muscle testing and the basics of the re-patterning statements.

Often we are asked “How many sessions will I need?”. This is a highly personal question. Each individual’s journey is unique, and the number and frequency of sessions will depend upon the personal goals of the client. It is a bit like going for a walk. You may only be able to see a block or two away, so you walk in that direction. As you come up to the corner, you can see further. At that point you decide whether to continue the walk, or happily remain where you are. Some walks become hikes, and some individuals may wish to climb mountains in their personal growth using this technique. Others may be satisfied by simply solving the current frustration or challenge. It is your choice.

This will give you the tools to clear many issues for yourself as they arise, and support your personal learning and integrating of Belief Re-patterning™.

Belief Re-patterning™ works with the mind – not fighting it or trying to work around it, but with the natural way we learn. Rather than focusing on why something happened, the process of re-patterning allows you to focus on what you want and re-pattern your belief system to create the preferred outcome. It helps you connect to who you really are, what you truly want, and work with the Law of Attraction to obtain the results you desire.
