Before your session:
In order to receive the maximum benefit of your Belief Re-patterning™ session
we suggest:
- You do not schedule anything requiring extreme focus or physical
exertion for immediately following your session
- You limit your intake
of coffee, alcohol, or drugs the day of the session. The clearer
your mind, the more efficient the session. If
you are on
prescription medications, take as prescribed. We can work around
substances, it is just more challenging for both of us!
Some clients create a list of areas they wish to work on – you
may do so if you choose, although it isn’t necessary. Your body
has all the information we need!
During your session:
- You may experience tears – you will move through
them quickly
- You may become light headed or dizzy – again, this
will pass
- You will not always remember the details of the patterns – this
is normal, your Practitioner will check to insure your body has accepted
the work
- You will have lots of questions, please feel free to ask them – you
won’t disturb the process, and you will get more out of the session
Following the session:
- Clients express a feeling of “lightness” and experience
improved focus, increased clarity, and a feeling of general well being
- You will be fine to drive
- We suggest you allow time for a short walk
or nap shortly after your session. You may find yourself having interesting
or unusual dreams – this
is normal
- You will need to drink extra water following your session
- Some clients
are quite hungry following a session – you may wish
to have a snack
- On rare occasions a client may feel out of sorts or upset
the next day - please contact your Practitioner if you experience
extreme or persistent
negative thoughts in the day following your session
- Clients often ask
how frequently they will require a session. This is extremely individualistic
ranging from one week to several months.
We will muscle test to determine the frequency with which your
body will work most effectively
Once we have worked through a Belief Re-patterning™ Session, you
do not need to remember what we have done. The notes you take are the
empowering beliefs you are moving toward. As with any new idea or concept,
there will be practice and application required until it becomes an integrated
part of you. As situations arise, there will be a moment where you will
choose to respond, consciously, instead of react from habit. The CD Conscious Choices, Realized Dreams is a helpful support to sessions.
